She has strong expertise in recruitment and workforce planning, training and development, and managing company business strategy, and has consulted for several companies looking to improve talent acquisition. Davis also has experience in leading and managing organizational change, benefits, compensation planning, payroll, compliance, and policy development. She has a keen ability to harmonize cultures through the emphasis on shared values, employee health and wellness, training and development, and succession planning.
Davis received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University and holds a professional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
