IRVINE, California, February 2, 2018McDermott & Bull is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Keith Bagley as President with Hartzell Engine Technologies, the leading OEM supplier for aircraft cabin heating solutions and engine accessories.

This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Craig Sabina, Principal Consultant; Rod McDermott, CEO and Co-Founder; Jared Moriarty, Principal Consultant; and Amanda Lange, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull.  According to Sabina, “With the retirement of widely respected industry leader, Mike Disbrow, the Hartzell Propeller and Hartzell Engine Technologies parent company leadership rightly set extremely high expectations for HET’s new President.  A rising star at Pratt & Whitney before accepting the offer, Keith is an exceptional talent and the perfect candidate to take the company to the next level in the years to come.”

Bagley joined Pratt & Whitney in 2004, earning two Master’s degrees during his first two assignments with the company.  Over his 13-year tenure, he moved from a Manufacturing Engineer position to the role of General Manager.  As General Manager at one of Pratt & Whitney’s largest facilities, Bagley led a fast-growing, 800-person organization, responsible for the site’s strategic planning, OEM operations, and the on-time delivery of quality products.

Bagley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
