IRVINE, California, December 21, 2018 – Executive search firm McDermott & Bull has initiated a nationwide search for a Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of PRIDE Industries. One of the country’s largest nonprofit employers of people with disabilities, PRIDE provides outsourcing solutions to meet the service and manufacturing needs of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. The socially responsible enterprise operates in 15 states and the nation’s capital, generating more than $300M in annual revenue and employing more than 5,600 people, including 3,300 individuals with disabilities.

The CFO will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in fostering the strategic growth of the organization’s mission throughout the United States and beyond. Ability, aspiration, and a desire to contribute are common to all of us – with or without opportunities to express these ideals. PRIDE’s mission unlocks human potential through job creation and support services to transform the lives of its employees and their families.

The executive search is being led by Partner, Jeff Black; President, Brandon Biegenzahn; Principal Consultant, Jason Levi Pinegar; and Recruiting Associate, Quyen Doan.  According to Jeff Black, “We are looking for a CFO who is the right fit on multiple levels and we utilize a mixed-methods approach to triangulate on ‘the fit candidate.’ We have found that leaders who embody business sense, brand sense, and heart sense are poised to make an immediate and positive impact on the clients we serve.”
