IRVINE, California, August 4, 2017 — MB Interim Leaders (MBIL) is pleased to announce the placement of the interim Director of Logistics at a family-owned and operated distribution company.
This interim executive leader search was led by Rebecca Miller, MBIL’s Vice President of Sales. The company had a gap within the logistics department, and the CEO sought a strategic, innovative business partner who could streamline supply chain processes to help the company scale effectively through acquisition. The organization turned to MB Interim Leaders and after completing the interview process, determined that the interim leader was the correct fit for the permanent position. Soon after the interim period commenced, he was promptly converted to the permanent Senior Director of Supply Chain.
The interim leader has his MS in Transportation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and over fifteen years of logistics and transportation experience. He has led logistics departments and had oversight over transportation, logistics, and supply chain at large organizations including Sephora and Green Dot.
