IRVINE, California, February 20, 2013 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Mr. Jeff Huber as Vice President of Engineering with Bal Seal Engineering based in Foothill Ranch, CA.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Chris Bull, Managing Partner, and Craig Lipus, Partner at McDermott & Bull Executive Search. According to Mr. Bull, “Jeff’s background over the past 30 years has prepared him well for what is necessary for him to succeed at Bal Seal. Mr. Huber is an experienced engineering leader with a strong skill set in product development, custom engineering solutions, strategic planning, lean policy, and people management. His career includes 26 years in aerospace and four years of industrial experience. Prior to joining Bal Seal, Mr. Huber served as the Senior Engineering Manager at Goodrich Hoist & Winch, where he was responsible for recruiting, business development, and sustaining engineering.
Mr. Huber received his Masters in Business Administration from Rockford College, after graduating from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
