IRVINE, California, January 3, 2015 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced the successful appointment of Mr. John Calcagno as Chief Financial Officer with Posey Company headquartered in Arcadia, California.
This executive recruiting engagement was conducted by Craig Lipus, Partner, and Garrett Lipus, Principal Consultant, at McDermott & Bull Executive Search. Mr. Calcagno is an experienced financial leader with over 20 years of experience. In addition to a strong manufacturing background, he has experience driving forecasting, budgeting and business planning processes. Prior to his placement with Posey Company, Mr. Calcagno was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at CooperVision and most recently, Vice President, and Co-Founder of Wind Generation, Inc.
Mr. Calcagno earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John Fisher College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group.
