IRVINE, California, September 1, 2015 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of David Stackleather as Group Manager, Program Management with The Automobile Club of Southern California, the largest member of the AAA federation of motor clubs.

Mr. Stackleather is an experienced program office professional who has strong information technology project management skills. He is business oriented and has had success over the course of his career, interfacing with stakeholders and senior management. In 2009, Mr. Stackleather joined Alorica as their Director of PMO and Enterprise Strategy where he managed all client implementations, internal cross-functional projects and strategic corporate improvement initiatives globally. In addition to building the PMO from the ground-up, creating methodologies and defining the culture, Mr. Stackleather also implemented enterprise work collaboration software to manage all projects, implemented IT time tracking systems, and was involved in 4 acquisitions in 18 months. Most recently, Mr. Stackleather served as the Vice President of Shared Services – IT for Zenith Education Group where he was responsible for the PMO, business relationship management for IT, and IT financial analysis. Mr. Stackleather successfully rebuilt the PMO office within IT by standardizing project management processes, developing a business process improvement framework and implementing a vendor relationship program. Mr. Stackleather earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems at Saint Leo University. With extensive experience in implementing lean process improvements, operational efficiencies, and managing complex projects, Mr. Stackleather is an excellent choice for the Group Manager, Program Management Office role at The Automobile Club of Southern California.
