IRVINE, California, November 15, 2018 – McDermott & Bull is pleased to announce the successful appointment of Derek Fields as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Rehrig Pacific Company, a global leader in providing operational and supply chain optimization solutions.

Fields began his career at Kraft Foods, later moving on to Corning Consumer Products Company, Sara Lee Corporation, Schwartz Retail Supply Services, and Hedstrom Corporation in increasing sales roles. In 2004, Fields joined Disney Consumer Products as a Sales Director, responsible for driving brand awareness and leading strategic operating plans. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales & Retail Business Development at Warner Bros. Consumer Products, where he developed domestic retail business strategies, programs, and promotions to maximize growth opportunities for the business.
Fields received his B.A. in Business Communications from Northern Kentucky University.
