Santa Monica Seafood is rapidly becoming the largest and most well-known processor and distributor of fresh and frozen seafood on the West Coast. The Sourcing & Procurement team has recently restructured and is in pursuit of driving strategic initiatives that will continue to drive sustainable growth and cost efficiency. The Category Manager of Salmon will be responsible for implementing Category Management practices company-wide, developing and executing strategic sourcing efforts, sharing the Santa Monica Seafood Purchasing philosophy across the Company to insure compliance, cost savings and performance measures are tracked and achieved, and identifying and implementing cost savings initiatives, enabling technologies and process improvements to help streamline the sourcing cycle.
