IRVINE, California, March 27, 2018McDermott & Bull has been retained by Rehrig Pacific Company, a global leader in providing operational and supply chain optimization solutions, to lead their search for a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

This executive recruiting engagement is being conducted by Jake Vander Zanden, Principal Consultant; Jeff Black, Partner; Jason Pinegar, Associate Principal Consultant; and Sara Acosta, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull.

The SVP of Sales & Marketing will lead a sales team of four industry-focused sales Vice Presidents with a total span of control of 100 sales professionals.  Their primary role will be to lead the team in the identification and communication of market opportunity; specifically, the size & scope, and development & execution of the plan to deliver on the opportunity.  The SVP of Sales & Marketing will drive collaboration between the Sales and Product Development function to ensure products can be delivered as conceived in order to achieve planned market penetration and revenue goals.
