James comes to Cocoon with a strong track record of driving growth in both private and public company environments. He most recently served as CEO of Superior Technical Ceramics, where he effectively scaled the company and led it through a successful sale. Earlier, he served in President roles at Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing and A.M. Castle and Company.
