Having started his career in public accounting within the manufacturing industry, Mr. Lyon has over 21 years of experience in financial management. Most recently, he served as Corporate Controller at Ducommun Incorporated. Prior to joining Ducommun, Mr. Lyon served as the President of GNC Industries.
Mr. Lyon obtained his Bachelors of Science in Economics from San Jose State University, followed by his Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Southern California.
