IRVINE, California, June 29, 2018 – McDermott & Bull has been retained by Evangelical Christian Credit Union (ECCU) to lead their search for a Vice President, Head of Business Banking.
This executive recruiting engagement is being conducted by Brandon Biegenzahn, President of McDermott & Bull and Financial Institutions Practice Co-Chair; Bill Brewer, Principal Consultant; and Quyen Doan, Recruiting Associate at McDermott & Bull.
This newly appointed Vice President, Head of Business Banking will influence the Credit Union’s philosophy for business banking and lending and will set and execute a strategy that is responsive to, and anticipatory of, the ongoing needs of the members. This role requires a big thinker who can be malleable to differing needs of different markets. ECCU recognizes the significant opportunity for growth. Across eight key markets, there are 28 million potential retail and business banking members. This Vice President will also be tasked with building out the offering of the business bank. ECCU will seek likeminded (strategy fit), mission-minded (values fit) organizations that provide complimentary products and services as partners in delivering value to its members.
