McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Jessica Mihal as the Vice President of Human Resources for Nautilus.
Jessica will be responsible for working closely with the company’s leadership and diverse employee population, including both union and non-union personnel. She will contribute the momentum necessary in both operations and culture toward redefining the norms of their industry.
Jessica has a deep understanding of a geographically dispersed, primarily non-exempt, labor workforce stemming from a strong and diverse background in services and consumer-facing retail businesses. She also possesses extraordinarily strong collaboration and team-building skills, and will serve as an ideal cohesive force for the organization.
Located in Long Beach, Nautilus International Holding Corporation provides a variety of business administration and management services to the international maritime industry through several U.S. subsidiaries. They also provide port operations in 20+ ports throughout the U.S.
