IRVINE, California, August 27, 2014 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based retained Executive Search Firm, announced today the successful appointment of Mr. Robert Newsom as Vice President of Software Engineering with Cubex in Tempe, Arizona.

Mr. Newsom is an experienced software engineering leader, who over the course of his career has worked in entrepreneurial organizations. He has a background in working in web-based application systems and has deep experience in software architecture. Prior to his placement with Cubex, Mr. Newsom worked for GlobalMed LLC as Director of Software Development.
Mr. Newsom obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Nova University.
