Prior to joining Silverado Senior Living, Randy gained experience in the national healthcare scene by leading companies in various sectors of the industry. Most recently, he was the CEO at Community SeniorServ Incorporated in California, where he had responsibility over finance, fund development, outreach and operations. In Florida, at the National Healing Corp., Randy served as the SVP and Operations Officer, directing and streamlining all field operations, corporate marketing, and earning targets. In addition, he held leadership positions at U.S. Healthworks Inc. in Georgia and HEALTHSOUTH Corp. in Alabama.
Randy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University in Long Beach, California.
