The program includes the following features:

  • A reduced fee structure based on first year total targeted compensation (base and bonus), to be paid upon the hiring of a candidate.
  • 1-year guarantee (same as the McDermott & Bull retained search guarantee).
  • Less than one-week turnaround on candidates submitted for an open position, and possibly as short as two days.
  • Every candidate will be interviewed by McDermott & Bull prior to being submitted.
