McDermott + Bull has been engaged to lead the search for the Chief Executive Officer at Nelson Lumber Company LTD (“Nelson Lumber”). This search will be led by McDermott + Bull Managing Partner Paul Gibbons, Principal Colin Dolson, and Consultant Jennifer Ness.
As Chief Executive Officer, you will drive Nelson Lumber’s strategic direction within the private equity mandate, develop and lead the executive team, and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth. The CEO will shape the organization’s future direction, make critical business decisions, and drive sustainable success. Responsibilities also include cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering collaboration, and attracting top talent to drive Nelson Lumber’s growth and success.
Established in 1949 by brothers Ray and Austin Nelson in Lloydminster, Alberta, Nelson Lumber has grown to become a leading supplier of building materials, manufactured roof trusses, wall panels, and floor joists for various construction projects.
