In our entire lifetime, our world may have never been as confusing as it is today. It is often made so much worse with the amount of information available to us.

So, what are our choices? How can we make this work for us instead of against us?

How are we looking at our world right now? For most of us, the default answer may be through the “sides” of the political spectrum. However, let me suggest another paradigm.

I’d argue that our most important choices are who we are going to be and how we are going to make a difference for those we love. Maybe the choice could be:

To view life from the inside out versus from the outside in.

The barrage of information and opinion around us is not us. What we are is already inside.

Perhaps our choice is to be ourselves from the inside instead of letting our external environment define us.

My wish for each of us is clarity and freedom from what the world wants us to think and feel.
