The client had a critical need for an interim HR executive to lead the integration of a recent acquisition. They needed an insightful leader to serve as a critical business partner to the CEO in raising awareness of the role that human capital plays in business success.
Prior to this assignment, our Interim Leader was a Columbia Business School MBA with over 20 years of leadership experience in world class HR organizations and had been a successful champion of larger-scale corporate change and organizational redesign initiatives. She had also achieved significant integration success in post-acquisition scenarios, making her an ideal fit for the client.
UPDATE: Under an aggressive two month global closing date, our interim leader successfully executed all critical HR activities through the divestiture and re-integration of the business unit into its new organization. She also developed and executed upon a strategic plan to promote a positive work environment and company culture, effectively becoming a champion of human resources at the company.
