IRVINE, California, February 16, 2011 – McDermott & Bull, a Southern California-based executive search firm, announced today that Mr. Tobin Boschetti has joined the firm as a Principal Consultant and will be based in the firm’s Irvine headquarters.

Prior to joining McDermott & Bull, Mr. Boschetti served as Vice President, Field Sales, for NuCO2 LLC, the largest and only national provider of certified, beverage grade carbon dioxide and draught beer-grade nitrogen gas solutions to the fountain soft drink and draught beer industries. In this role, Mr. Boschetti built a national Field Sales organization of nearly 100 associates and spearheaded revenue growth from less than $63MM to nearly $150MM annually, while dramatically growing the company’s customer base from slightly less than 60,000 customers to nearly 150,000 customers across the country. Bringing nearly 20 years of Sales Management in the Consumer Packaged Goods and Technology industries to the firm, Mr. Boschetti has held multiple management positions with Fortune 100 companies like Coca-Cola Fountain USA and EMC, the world leader in Information Storage hardware and software applications.
Mr. Boschetti received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Loyola Marymount University.
