IRVINE, LOS ANGELES, PLEASANTON, RIVERSIDE, California and DENVER, Colorado, November 20, 2008 – McDermott & Bull, Southern California’s premier executive search firm, announced today the hiring of Bill McMahon as principal consultant, adding to the Southern California consultant team in the Los Angeles region. McMahon will join other experienced search consultants, Fleming Jones and Scott Jacobson, in helping McDermott & Bull expand its Los Angeles presence with a new office located in West Los Angeles; this practice will serve technology clients throughout the United States.

Prior to joining McDermott & Bull, McMahon’s successful career spanned more than 25 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience in the electronics industry. Most recently, Bill was president & CEO of Saitek Industries Ltd, a world leader in PC game controllers, PC peripherals and electronic chess and intelligent games. Previously, Bill was president of Arrow/Wyle Computer Products Group, an $850 million division of Arrow Electronics, focused on selling computer hardware, integration services to OEM’s, resellers, VAR’s and end users. Prior experience was as president & CEO Wyle Systems LLC. a $650 million electronic distribution business focused on selling computer hardware and integration services. McMahon previously held executive management positions with Aurora Electronics, Upsonic Electronics and Arrow Electronics. McMahon currently serves as chairman of the board of FireScope Inc. and has held a number of board seats with other electronics firms.
McMahon earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Loyola University of Los Angeles.
