McDermott + Bull has been engaged to lead the search of The Jim Patterson Groups’ Senior Director, Corporate Development. This search will be led by McDermott + Bull Managing Partner Paul Gibbons and Principal Colin Dolson.
The Jim Pattison Group (“JPG”) is a diversified holding company operating primarily in the United States and Canada. Reporting to the MD, Corporate Development, the Senior Director, Corporate Development will be critical in shaping JPG’s growth strategy, supporting mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives. In this key position, you will work closely with the MD, Corporate Development and key stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, assess market trends, and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiation to structure deals that create long-term value for the organization.
