IRVINE, California, April 10, 2013 – McDermott & Bull, a premier Southern California-based retained executive search firm, announced today the successful appointment of Ms. Julie Margolin as Director of Food & Beverage with the Honda Center and Anaheim Ducks, managed by H&S Ventures in Corona del Mar, California.

Ms. Margolin is a 15-year Food & Beverage professional with experience in Entertainment, Arenas, and Hospitality. Prior to joining the Honda Center, she served as the Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants at the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. There, she was responsible for working with a myriad of owners and design teams while the building of the new arena was completed and through the final phases of construction following the arena opening in September 2012. Previously, Ms. Margolin had spent a number of years with Levy Restaurants at the Staples Center and Nokia Theater at LA Live in Los Angeles, CA following earlier tenures with Universal Studios Corporation and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Ms. Margolin obtained her Bachelors of Science from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.
