McDermott + Bull has successfully placed Briana Hofer as the Vice President of Quality Improvement + Compliance at Samaritan Daytop Village. Briana will be instrumental in providing organizational leadership and direction in enhancing patient experience and quality outcomes. She will oversee risk and quality measurements and their integration into client services, coordinating data abstraction and analysis to identify improvement opportunities and cost reductions. Her collaboration with clinical and support staff will be key in promoting processes that uphold quality across the organization.

Most recently, Briana served as the Director of Performance and Quality at SCO Family Services. Her extensive senior leadership experience across various sectors has honed her skills in navigating regulatory environments, working with oversight agencies, and engaging diverse stakeholders. Briana’s background is diverse, including roles such as a corrections officer and co-founder of a student group focused on aiding victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Samaritan Daytop Village, a leading human services organization, offers comprehensive health and human services to over 33,000 individuals annually. Operating more than 60 facilities across New York City, Long Island, and the lower Hudson Valley, the organization delivers a diverse range of services including substance use treatment, mental health and primary health care, programs for military veterans, vocational and employment services, as well as shelter and transitional housing for adolescents, families, and seniors.
